Lani Belisle
Selling real estate has been a passion of Lani’s since she received her Oklahoma real estate license in 1977. Since then, she has been a licensed realtor in Hawaii, Utah, and Florida. Lani now focuses her practice on the Southwest Florida markets.
Through her work in multiple markets, Lani has developed the breadth of experience to handle the most sophisticated residential real estate transactions, but considers it an honor to work with all of her clients, no matter the size of the transaction. She has a strong work ethic, and though a top producer, is always striving to be better. Lani’s tenacity and creativity in real estate sales and marketing has earned her numerous sales awards and recognition. Additionally, she gained the national spotlight when her unique marketing efforts were featured on Fox News’s Neil Cavuto, and in the book titled: “The New Rules of Marketing and PR” in connection with her listing of a multimillion dollar home.
Married to John Belisle since 1980, and a mother of two, a former practicing Dental Hygienist/Periodontal Therapist, Lani enjoys the symphony, gardening, paddle boarding/kayaking, snow skiing, mountain biking/hiking, and yoga.
Cookie Douglas
Cookie Douglas moved to Florida in 1980 to pursue a career in real estate after spending her early life in Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands.
After becoming a broker, she earned her law degree which assists her in the negotiation and preparation of thorough real estate contracts.
Cookie’s complete command of Spanish as her second language, coupled with her professional background has gained her acclaim with the Local and International Real Estate purchasers. She listens to her customers and seeks earnestly to get results for them.
Cookie is married to Dave, a local civil engineering consultant, and they have a son, Zach. In her free time, she enjoys boating, beach walking and bicycling. She is an active member of the Greater Fort Myers Chamber of Commerce and Fort Myers Woman’s Community Club.

Jesse Lermer
Jesse Lermer found instant love for Southwest Florida from her childhood holiday visits. Moving from Maryland in 2010 was a dream come true. Jesse enjoys the beaches, boating, tennis, shelling, celebrating the Arts and experiencing the culture of Greater Southwest Florida. Above all, Jesse cherishes creating memories with her family. “Born on a beach” in Costa Rica, Jesse was raised in the Mid-West & South. She attended Purdue & holds a BS in Nutrition from Eastern Kentucky University.
Jeff Passantino
After Jeff’s initial visit to Sanibel Island over 20 years ago he knew there was something special about the beaches and ongoing preservation that only Sanibel and SWFL can offer. In 2004, he took a leap of faith and relocated from Kansas City to Southwest Florida.
Jeff graduated from Kansas State University with a Bachelor of Architecture. After college Jeff started his architectural career in the health care industry, designing over 24 elder care facilities throughout the Midwest. He was not only the lead designer, but also managed oversight of the land acquisitions and building construction for the new facilities.
In 2004, Jeff and his wife, Elizabeth, and their three children, Jeffrey, Cassie, and Ella were ready for year-round subtropical weather, and life near the beach. Sanibel Island proved to be the destination of choice! Jeff immediately entered into the real estate market, and utilized his knowledge of Architecture/Construction/Land Acquisition to help other folks make informed decisions when purchasing their piece of paradise. Jeff quickly became successful in the real estate business in Southwest Florida.

Larry has enjoyed a lifelong love affair with Southwest Florida and it’s unique lifestyle.
