Born in Fort Myers, Florida, Brooks grew up in Northern New Jersey. When a chance to move back to his home area came along, Brooks took it and came to Sanibel Island. He and his wife Amy have four children and are full time Sanibel Island Residents. When he is not selling real estate, Brooks enjoys spending time with his family, outdoor activities, training for Triathlons, and traveling.
