Demand for home ownership is still rising, thanks to a strengthening job market and continual low mortgage rates. It’s good news for homebuilders.
NAHB’s chief economist notes, “with the inventory of new and existing homes remaining tight, builders are confident that if they can build more homes they can sell them.”
