John R. Wood Island Real Estate Celebrates the Holidays and a Successful 2013

With a perfect beach day out on Captiva, even a dredging pipeline couldn’t damper the celebration of the owners, staff, and agents at John R. Wood Island Real Estate. Their annual Christmas party, held at the Captiva Island Yacht Club, always features a Gulf beach cocktail hour, but this year, a massive rusty pipe facilitating beach renewal threatened the revelers. Owners, Joe and Linda Mondelli and Jay and Lori Richter, saw this as an opportunity, draping the pipe with banners representing the business’s community involvement, sales growth, and logo.While the banner said a “month of record-breaking sales,” the owners and agents could not be more pleased at their entire year of growth. With a number of new agents, a new Fort Myers office in the Gulf Harbor Shopping Center on McGregor Blvd to serve its off island clients, and continued record-breaking sales, 2013 was a great year.

Since the party, the beaches on Captiva have been fully renourished for residents and guests to enjoy. Moving into 2014, the owners at John R. Wood Island Real Estate feel equally refreshed and look forward to the new year serving their community, agents, and clients.
