John R. Wood Properties is please to announce that experienced Realtor®, Bill Savoie has joined our team of professional Realtors.®
Bill has thirty plus years of experience owning several automobile franchises in Burlington, Vermont. His favorite was Saturn with whom he achieved their highest recognition in sales and customer satisfaction. Bill’s experience in real estate began in Vermont and has continued to our area since 2011. He has had transactions from $22,000 to $36,000,000. Bill understands that as a Realtor he must continue to grow in order to help his clients achieve their goals. Bill believes that although at times similar no two clients share the same goals, but each has the same need to be treated with respect, honesty and integrity. Having negotiated thousands of transactions, Bill feels this is one of the most important strengths he brings to his clients.
While in the car business, Bill and his Saturn team were very active with local charities and schools. Their team was a large contributor to building about a dozen playgrounds throughout Chittenden county. Other automotive accolades include being named People Magazine Chrysler Dealer of the Year, and State of Vermont National Auto Dealer of the Year. Bill is a former board member of the Burlington Country Club (although still about a bogey golfer) and Past President of the Vermont Automobile Dealers Association. Bill believes in giving back and now volunteers with the Ronald McDonald house.
Bill and the love of his life, wife Deb, enjoy their golf course living life style in the Verandah Community with their kitty cat. In addition to his experience buying and selling in Verandah Bill has a lot of experience in other southwest Florida golfing communities. Their two sons, Brett and Cody, live in Lee County with their families, which includes a new grandson, Huck Michael who is quickly becoming the second love of his life. Bill and Deb enjoy their time together wherever they are but golfing and visiting family and friends are a priority. They also enjoy finding new restaurants and playing gin, cribbage, yahtzee and corn hole with family and friends.
