Originally from Bethlehem, PA, Suzanne has lived in southwest Florida since 2004.
Suzanne possesses decades of real estate experience, having been involved in the industry since 1985. She is an expert at assisting both buyers and sellers and is uniquely qualified to offer assistance to a broad spectrum of diversified clientele. Suzanne also has extensive experience in both new home sales and construction administration, having worked for several large national home builders.
From 1987 to 2003, Suzanne and husband Chris owned and operated 10 successful Chem-Dry franchises in a tri-county area of Pennsylvania and New Jersey. During this time, their Chem-Dry franchises became recognized in the top 50 franchises in the world, due in part to Suzanne’s exceptional work ethic! Suzanne’s ability to efficiently manage business in a highly professional manner sets her apart from other agents. Likewise, Suzanne’s clients can rest assured that all aspects of a given transaction will be properly completed and executed.
When Suzanne isn’t busy helping customers, she enjoys gardening, reading, and walking on the beach. Suzanne is also an avid cook and seamstress, but above all, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two adult children.
