Jolene Hardy, Realtor with John R. Wood Island Real Estate, was committee Chair for the annual event “Chef’s Cooking for Kids.” This event raised over $70,000 for Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Sun Coast in Lee and Hendry counties where Jolene also sits on the board of directors for.
Last month many sponsors including Publix, Pelican Preserve, Norman Love Confections and Comcast joined Jolene to support this event. John R. Wood Island Real Estate contributed as a supporter and Owner/President, Joe Mondelli attended the event as well. Big Brothers Big Sisters is a 100% donor supported agency and relies on the generosity of people like you to sustain our programs. Research shows that children in the Big Brothers Big Sisters program do better in school, gain more confidence, and stay on the path to reach their potential.
