Here at John R Wood Properties, we proudly support the Golisano Children’s Hospital of Southwest Florida. As we mentioned in previous blog post, we recently presented a $5,000 check towards the capital campaign to complete the funding for the new building.
The Golisano Children’s Hospital of Southwest Florida is a “state-of-the-art, family centered, full service ‘hospital-within-a-hospital.'” They provide specialty care for our young ones, seeing over 22,000 patients annually.
A leader in pediatric care, it’s a one-of-a-kind hospital that has received widespread recognition, and now they need room to grow! The new building will be a “stand-alone facility dedicated to the unique health care needs of children.” (Read more about the hospital).
We wanted to follow up and share some photos of the project, including planned renderings and aerial shots of the compound and building progress.
Our support of the new facility is in continuation of our ongoing contributions to the hospital. Through our agent and company matching program, our Sanibel realtors regularly donate to the Children’s Hospital, and the company is committed to additionally matching their funds.
We are so thankful for the Golisano Children’s Hospital, and we’re grateful it is in Southwest Florida, our home.
