The housing market in Florida for the month of September included higher median prices, more new listings, and fewer all-cash closed sales, according data from Florida Realtors.
The median sales price for single-family homes across the state was $222,500 last month, and 11.3% increase from a year prior.
Florida’s growing economy couples with a consistent low inventory of houses for sale meant “home sellers continued to get more of their original asking price at the closing table in September.”
