The Golf Village Condos at The Sanctuary are comprised of 36 units in six buildings sharing two pools and overlooking the lake and 18th fairway. The units have either two bedrooms plus den and two and a half baths at approx 2,800 sq ft or three bedrooms plus den and three baths at approx 3,300 sq ft. Village condos feature under building assigned parking and direct private elevator entry. Owner pets are allowed with a size restriction and there is a minimum 30 day rental period.

The Sanctuary is a private golf club located at Wulfert Point adjacent to the Ding Darling Wildlife Refuge on the west side of Sanibel.
