Shell Harbor | Sanibel Island

Sanibel Island’s Shell Harbor is an East End community of single-family homes offering gulf access boating.  Shell Harbor homes on the north side of Periwinkle Drive have direct, unrestricted access to the gulf and homes on the south side of Periwinkle Way pass under a bridge to access the gulf.

Homes in the Shell Harbor community feature an eclectic mix of architectural styles including Key West homes, modest Michigan Homes ranches to recently built contemporary estate homes.  The canals are seawalled and most feature private docks and boat lifts directly behind the home.  Residents have deeded beach access including parking.

Shell Harbor is located off Periwinkle Way near the intersection with Lindgren Boulevard.  Streets in the Shell Harbor community include Angel Wing Drive, Conch Court, Golden Olive Court, Kings Crown Drive, Limpet Drive, Lindgren Boulevard, Oyster Court, Paper Fig Court, Pecten Court, Pen Shell Drive, Sand Dollar Drive, Tulip Lane, and Whelk Drive.
