About Augustina Holtz, Broker Associate serving Southwest Florida
I grew up in The Bronx, New York, where I learned the value of hard work and being honest with people.
I graduated with Honors from Pace University in Westchester County, NY with a B.A. in Information Systems and Business. I have held many positions in the field of communications, from administrative, to sales, to technical instruction. My Business experience has uniquely qualified me for work in Real Estate. My work with Lucent Technologies as a Technical Instructor has been instrumental in my approach to the way I run my business. I feel it is essential to educate my customers, listen to their story, and work with them to help prepare them to make decisions that they will be happy with.
I hold a Broker’s License for the State of Florida, which is the most difficult Real Estate license to attain. I am a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Sanibel/Captiva Board of Realtors, and the Ft. Myers, Naples, and Cape Coral Multiple Listing Services. I hold certification as both a Sanibel and Captiva Island Specialist and an At Home with Diversity Specialist. I am also Chairperson of Education for the American Business Women’s Association Chapter of Sanibel and Captiva Islands. In this role, I coordinate funding through scholarships to help women continue their education and in turn advance in their careers.
In my down time, I love being with my husband Jason and my eleven year old daughter Caroline. We love travel, but mostly we are homebodies. We bake, cook, barbeque, swim, and love to watch TV marathons of just about anything. At the moment, we are intrigued and mildly amused by the program “Finding Bigfoot.”
I always say “A House is a Home that you make your own.” Whether looking for a new home, or selling your existing home, I strive to provide my customers with the very best real estate experience. Learn more about Augustine HERE . . .
